Our facility is open for our patients 24/7, 365. Office Hours for the Administration Team are from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Driving Directions:
From Hwy 51, turn right on to Athens Street after passing Ace Hardware in Hartwell. Follow Athens Street approximately 0.3 miles and turn left on to Arthur Street. Stay on Arthur Street for 0.1 miles and take a right on to Cade Street. Destination is on the right.
About Us
Hartwell Health and Rehab is a short-term rehab as well as long-term care skilled nursing facility. We offer private as well as semi-private rooms and accept Traditional Medicare as well as some Medicare Advantage plans, Georgia Medicaid and Private Pay.
