DESCRIPTION:Another year ..another Scarecrow Season!  The Scarecrows will be returning to Hartwell this October for the TENTH year.  Their numbers keep growing each year and we hope this year will be bigger and better than ever!\n\nThose who register to participate may win a truly fabulous prize! The winners will have a 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd\, or People's Choice sign put in front of their scarecrows on October 31st!\n\nREGISTRATION PACKET \n\nIf you need a new sign\, they are $20 and you can make checks payable to Hartwell DDA. You can email your packets to hartwellmainstreet@hartcom.net\, mail them to PO Box 1105\, Hartwell GA 30643\, or drop them off at City Hall.\n\n\n\nScarecrows will be on display around the courthouse lawn and around town for the whole month of October.  You can vote for your favorite using the official ballot in The Hartwell Sun.
